Front of House Manager - Depot Manchester  

35 Hours per week – Competitive Salary

Depot Climbing is looking for motivated and experienced Front of House Managers to push its incredible teams and create amazing experiences! This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with customer-facing managerial roles to build on their skills and really get involved with a rapidly developing industry. 

The role directly reports the Centre Manager and involves the orchestration of the day to day running of the centre, striving towards targeted customer service and sales initiatives as well as developing your team and cultivating a culture of excellence within the Depot.  

We are looking for someone with extensive customer-facing experience, that is keen to push themselves and their teams to progress and thrive in a dynamic and fluid environment. The successful candidate will need to have previous management experience within a fast-paced industry and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

Wall Assistant - Full Time - Manchester

Full Time – Up to £10 per hour

The Climbing Depot Manchester are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Wall Assistant to work alongside its current incredible reception team!

The role reports to the Duty Managers as well as the Centre Manager and involves the daily running of the centre as well as various daily duties in the café, shop and instructing sessions. The role has various opportunities for personal development, and we are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, ready to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment with great people.

The successful candidate will need to have previous customer service experience and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. Climbing qualifications and a valid First Aid certificate are advantageous but not necessary as we will provide all the training necessary to perform the role.

Manchester Centre Manager

Depot Climbing are looking for a proactive and experienced Centre Manager to work alongside and develop its current amazing team! This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of the UK’s largest indoor climbing venues.

The role reports directly to the General Manager and involves the orchestration of the day to day running of the centre as well as aiding in the training and development of your team and the Centre, rotas, payroll, recruitment and general H&S.

We are looking for someone with previous management experience that is keen to push themselves, progress and thrive in a dynamic and fluid environment. The successful candidate will need to have previous management or experience and demonstrate strong organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as have a good knowledge of the industry, Rock Gym Pro and the day to day running of climbing wall.
