Wall Assistant - Manchester & Birmingham

Wall Assistant – Part Time
Up to £11 per hour plus benefits

We’re looking for proactive and experienced Wall Assistants (1 x Manchester; 1 x Birmingham) to work alongside our incredible reception team!

The role reports to the Centre Management team and involves the daily running of the centre, as well as various daily duties in the café, shop and instructing sessions. The role has various opportunities for personal development, and we are looking for someone with a can-do attitude ready to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment with fantastic people. The successful candidate will need to have previous customer service experience and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. Climbing qualifications and a valid First Aid certificate are advantageous but not necessary as we will provide all the training necessary to perform the role.

Senior Bookkeeper - Big Depot (Leeds)

Full Time – £29,000

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate senior bookkeeper. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recording financial transactions in SAGE 50
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable
  • Completing tax forms and vat returns
  • Managing p&l and balance sheets
  • End to end Payroll
  • Managing assistant

Front of House Managers - Sheffield & Birmingham

35 Hours per week – £19,000

We’re looking for motivated and skilled Front of House Managers (1 x Sheffield; 1 x Birmingham) to push our incredible teams and help create amazing experiences! This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with customer facing managerial experience to build on their abilities and really get involved with a rapidly developing brand.

The role directly reports the Centre Manager and involves the orchestration of the daily running of the centre. You will be expected to develop your team and drive customer service and sales initiatives, while nurturing a culture of positivity and excellence within the centre.

We are looking for someone with extensive customer facing experience, that is keen to push themselves and their team to progress and thrive in a dynamic and fluid environment. The successful candidate will need to have previous management experience within a fast paced industry and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
