Yoga for Climbers

Yoga is a great way to improve strength and flexibility - acting as a useful training aid for improving your climbing grade or alternatively help you relax after a tough day at work.

Our yoga instructor Eithne Kane will deliver two Hatha/Vinyasa Flow style sessions a week on Tuesday evenings. 

Our second Instructor Lara Kate Yoga will be running a third session on Thursday evenings - 7 to 8pm.
